Multi-tasking can present a problem, for example when trying to monitor several vehicles while out driving a car. Trouble with finding the right words etc can be attributed to brainfog. Patients often have difficulty in handling sequences, mixing up words and syllables in speech, reversing letters and numbers, maybe even having trouble tracking the flow of a conversation at times.
